A one-time activation fee of $19.95 is required. To use this service, at all times you must maintain a fully functional broadband Internet connection, which is an additional service, for which you must make separate arrangements. If there is a power or Internet outage, you will not be able to make or receive any calls (including 911 calls). Emergency service is offered but differs from traditional 911 service, and requires customer activation and set-up. International calls, operator and directory assistance, taxes and fees are extra.
