What's the catch?

"Believe it - there is no catch! There are no monthly fees, no switching phone companies, and no rate changes. That means you get the same low rate 24 hours a day, seven days a week."

How does USA Datanet offer such low rates?

USA Datanet uses Voice-over Internet Protocol to route calls over our private network, which is built using Internet technology. USA Datanet's call quality is the same as a normal local telephone call.

Are there any monthly fees?

"No. There is no activation fee, no monthly fee, and no monthly minimum charge."

How do I make a call with USA Datanet?
|
Dial the LOCAL ACCESS NUMBER for the city FROM which you are calling. When prompted; enter AUTHORIZATION CODE. (Your registered area code & phone number; plus PIN.) Dial the AREA CODE& PHONE NUMBER you are calling.

Am I required to have a long distance provider?
|
"No. USA Datanet is an elective service that is completely separate from your current long distance provider. You are not required to have an alternate long distance provider; however, we cannot be chosen as your primary long distance carrier. "

Can I make regional calls with USA Datanet?
|
"Yes, you may place regional, local toll, and local long distance calls with USA Datanet."

What about USA Datanet's call quality?
|
USA Datanet's call quality is the same as a normal local phone company.

How am I billed?
|
USA Datanet will issue a monthly invoice that is separate from your current local or long distance carrier.

How will I be billed?
|
"USA Datanet will bill the moderator with a monthly invoice. If you are already a customer of USA Datanet, your teleconferencing calls will be included on your standard monthly bill."

What are my options for payment?
|
"You may make payment through the mail by Check or Money Order, or pay over the phone with a Visa or Mastercard. You may also have your account automatically debited from a Visa or Mastercard each month."

Can I register my cell phone with USA Datanet?
|
"Yes. Please note however, USA Datanet is not responsible for any airtime charges you may incur by using your cell phone."

How do I register for All Talk phones services?
|
Simply call us at 1-888-302-6050 Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm EST and one of our All Talk sales representatives will take care of you. (Please make sure to mention if you are an existing USA Datanet customer.)

How do I contact technical support?

Our All Talk support center is open Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm. To reach our support center please dial 1-800-301-1566 and one of our friendly representatives will assist you.

How much does it cost when I use Directory Assistance?
|
You will be charged 70¢ every time you use directory assistance.
|
How much does it cost to make an Operator Assisted (0) call?
|
You will be charged 75¢ when you dial 0 for Operator Assistance.

What do I do if I am unable to view websites?
|
1. Check all cable connections
2. Power down your computer for two minutes, than restart
3. Power down you cable modem and your adapter for two minutes and restart
4. Check to make sure your computer is set to use a local area network connection and obtain an IP address using DHCP

How do I access my voicemail from a remote location?
|
You can login to mydatanet.com, choose 'voicemail' and hear your messages online, or dial 877 222 0079 toll-free and enter your 10 digit telephone number followed by your PIN.

How do I access my voicemail from home?
|
Simply dial *123 and enter your PIN.
The first time you access your voicemail enter 1234 as you PIN.

How does three-way calling work?
|
With All Talk 3-Way Calling, you can connect with two other parties at the same time. The three of you can talk at once.
1. Simply dial your first party as you would.
2. Once connected press the flash button on your phone and dial your second party.
3. After the second party is connected press the flash button again and you're all connected.
